Meet the Founder
Meet Britney
Britney Vachon-LaGuardia, LCSW, AASW, embarked on her social work journey at Victor Valley College (VVC) before advancing to California State University, Los Angeles, for her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree.

She continued her education at the University of Denver, earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Children & Youth: Risks & Healthy Development, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) at Barry University, focusing on Trauma Informed Leadership & Practice.
​
Britney serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the UMass Global MSW Program and works as an LCSW Clinician. Certificated in Animal-Assisted Social Work and Life Coaching, she integrates anti-oppressive frameworks and a trauma-informed approach that honors identity, lived experience, and systemic context.
​
With over a decade of experience in mental health, medical social work, and education, Britney brings enthusiasm, informality, and authenticity to her practice. Her genuine approach fosters trust and connection, creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore and navigate life's challenges with confidence.
