Service Description
This 4-hour coaching session is designed to support organizations, leadership teams, and departments seeking alignment, clarity, and improved collaboration. Sessions offer a structured yet flexible format to explore challenges, refine goals, and build actionable strategies that support long-term success. Whether your organization is navigating growth, addressing internal conflict, or reimagining leadership structures, each session is fully customized to meet your needs. With a focus on trauma-informed, equity-centered coaching, we’ll work together to develop practical tools and frameworks for sustainable change. Available virtually or in-person across the Morongo Basin and Hi-Desert, including Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, and Yucca Valley. On-site sessions in other areas may be available by request. Ideal for nonprofit boards, program leadership, small business teams, and mid-sized departments.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching Session - Organizations Policy Session Duration: Each session lasts 4 hours to ensure ample time for meaningful discussions, strategy development, and actionable outcomes. Participant Limit: Sessions are designed for teams or groups of up to 15 participants to maintain focus and productivity. Session Validity: If part of a package, all sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will count as completed sessions. Attendance: All participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may impact the session and will still conclude at the scheduled time. In-Person Location: Coaching sessions can be conducted at your organization’s location, online, or in the Morongo Basin and Hi-Desert areas (including Twentynine Palms, Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and surrounding areas). Virtual Sessions: For virtual coaching, participants must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the session. Confidentiality: All discussions during the coaching session are confidential. No information will be shared outside the session unless required by law. Coaching Focus: Organization coaching is not a substitute for therapy or counseling. It is designed to address team and organizational challenges, align goals, and develop actionable strategies for growth and success. Materials and Follow-Up: Any materials provided during the session are for your organization’s use and are not to be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
