This supervision service is designed for Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) in California working toward licensure. Whether you're seeking individual or dyadic supervision, sessions are personalized to your goals and align with California BBS requirements. Cancellation Policy
To book, reschedule, or cancel services, please adhere to the following guidelines: -Booking: Book online at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot. -Rescheduling: Reschedule online anytime up to 24 hours before your session without incurring a fee. -Cancellation: Cancel online at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Client Booking Rules Cancellation Policy: -Clients can cancel their own bookings online anytime. -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $10 fee. Rescheduling Policy: -Clients can reschedule their own bookings online anytime. -Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: -A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this period, the session is considered a no-show. -The first no-show is forgiven as a courtesy. Subsequent no-shows will incur a $10 fee. -After three no-shows, your package will be canceled without a refund. Waitlist Policy: -Join the waitlist for fully booked services to be notified when a spot becomes available. Payment and Fees Card on File: -A card must be stored on file for all online bookings. -This ensures secure payments for any applicable fees, including cancellations or no-shows. Cancellation and No-Show Fees: -Cancellation Fee: $10 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. -No-Show Fee: $10 for missed appointments without prior notice. Booking Limits -Limit Early Bookings: Services can be booked up to 6 months in advance. -Limit Late Bookings: Services must be booked at least 48 hours prior to the session time.
